Jithy has completed her degree in Physiotherapy in 2010. She has also completed her Clinical rotations in a variety of practice settings and worked in hospital. She is having 10 years of experience in treating sprains, strains, fractures, arthritis, pre and post surgery, work injuries, motor vehicle accident injuries , and most everything in between!. Her approach of treatment consists of pain management, manual therapy, tailored therapeutic exercises and clients education. Jithy utilizes a patient-centred approach, incorporating education and exercise prescription with her treatments, pushing every client to reach their full potential. She is certified in functional dry needling, pelvic floor health ,TMJ and concussion assessment and rehabilitations. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and kids.
